I'm from the east coast and was without a local "car guy" until I walked in here. Part of my under carriage shield begun to drag (long, irrelevant story). I'd just moved to the area and was feeling pretty broke and worried about a big car bill... and desperately just needed my car fixed. I met with Andy, the owner, who totally fixed me up, on the house. Talk about landing in the right place at the right time. I go to them for everything now. They always seem to work quicker than anticipated and more than once have taken the time to show me a few things about my car. I've recommended them to clients and friends already, so I figured a review was due! Thank you so much, Andy!!

I recently had a rat chew through my radiator hose and my 2000 4 runner engine block cracked, due to over heating. The crew at Complete Car Care suggested I call my insurance company to see if they would cover the $5,000 cost to rebuild the block! My insurance company not only covered the cost for my $1,000 deductible, they suggested to just replace the whole engine. So my 178,000 mile engine was replaced with a 62,000 mile newer engine and completely rebuilt. My truck runs better than ever. And if not for the honesty of the owners of making sure I not only got the best deal possible but that I got the best service for my truck as well. It was very clear they had my best interest at heart and not just out to make a quick buck, as many other companies in this industry do. They have not only earned my trust, but my loyalty as a customer as well! Thanks Complete Car Care

We had the BEST experience here. We had an issue with the battery (or so we thought). They confirmed that...Andy had such awesome customer care. My husband wanted to put a specific battery in my car so he had it dropped off to Andy. They installed it for a very minimal fee and he had it up and running in no time. He also gave us our old battery back to ensure we were able to get credit on what appeared to be a bad battery still in warranty. He was extra concerned about getting me my car back as quickly as possible when he saw that I had two carseats in the backseat. He made absolute sure to get ahold of me and made it possible for me to pick up the car after hours. Andy and his crew went above and beyond. I will definitely feel so comfortable relying on Complete Car Care for our next car service situation. Thanks guys!!

From the moment I called for information I was treated professionally...When I came in with my car they informed me of what the potential problems it could be. During my wait they came in several times to let me know what was going on.As frustrating as it is to take your car in for service, they made me feel comfortable and service was completed in a very reasonable time.
