I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother. While visiting my mother last week (I live in Texas) she took her car to a dealer for a weird noise. They found thousands of dollars of “necessary” repairs for items not covered by her warranty and nothing wrong with anything still under warranty (there are only 16,000 miles on her car!) I found Complete Car Care on Google and based on their reviews I encouraged her to take her car there before she agreed to the repairs at the dealer. So so so glad she listened! Complete Car Care found only one thing in need of repair - a warranted part! They not only advised her to take her car back to the dealer and insist on getting the repair done using her warranty - they didn’t even charge her a single penny for the diagnostic work!!! What??? I wish I could find a place like this near me in Texas! She will be their loyal customer for all un-warranted work forevermore. And my faith in humanity is restored. ☺️

Made an appointment for a smog check and it took less than 30 minutes. Signed a couple of forms, had a cup of coffee in the waiting room, paid when it was done and drive away. Could not have been smoother or easier. They also offer a 15% discount online. I recommend this business.

Fastest most pleasant smog check I’ve ever had. Brought my 2 kids and the waiting area was perfect (thanks again for the free cookies and animals on tv)
