The work is always done well, on-time, and there's no sales-pitch pressuring. They do just about everything a car needs, too. I especially appreciate the intrinsic personal values of all the employees there - it really shows through their actions and attitudes. It's been ages - ages - since I've felt this kind of business relationship - I hope to be a client for life! Ethical, genuinely caring, reasonable prices, well-done work, and the people are superlative. It has that "family and friends" kind of vibe, and you know you're "in it together" for all your car's maintenance. Highly recommend them, in a heartbeat!

Update received a call from a manager about my truck failing smog. Asked me to bring it in. They resmogged the truck and passed it. They replaced the vacuum line at no charge. Follow up customer service is excellent.Failed smog check for visual. Said a vacuum hose was collapsed which it isn't. I feel they just wanted the money for a repair. Offered about $10 off for the recheck. What a joke this place is. Glad it wasn't a major repair job who knows what would have happened. First time my truck has ever failed smog and over a visual. Coincidence, I don't think so.

I've taken our cars to Complete Car Care for at least 10 YEARS!They are honest. They are helpful. They've always been that way!The waiting area is spotless!AND....not that this is a determining factor: they always have coffee & cookies .. as well as toys & chairs for toddlers.
