CCC is absolutely fantastic! The service is next to none, highly professional and they go out of their way to discuss repair options in a manner in which is easy to understand and informative. Evan is one of the most professional and courteous individuals I've ever dealt with in the world of auto repair. Most of all, he has integrity and spent a lot of time diagnosing my vehicle issue in order to get it right. That saved me tons of money and time.

I dropped in to get my brakes checked and went to get lunch...they called, let me know the back brakes needed replacement, but front were fine. I said go ahead, need to be done in an hour and half. They said no problem, had them done in less time than that and I picked the kids up from school. Seriously, easy, quick and courteous!

Didn't make an appointment but was pleased to be in and out for my smog test within 15 minutes.

I came in at 4:30 pm on a weekday and asked to have my car "smogged" right then. They were very accommodating! My car was done before 5 pm ( which is the fastest anyone has completed that procedure with my previous cars).I almost missed out on a senior discount because they didn't ask if I would qualify. Shortly before they finished the job, I remembered to ask if they offer senior discounts and was pleased when they took 10% off of my bill.

First of all their work was quality and fast. Their scheduling was good, too. My only gripe is that their labor rate is $120 per hour and they literally only had the car in the garage for 15 min. I asked he tech how long it took and he said one hour. I was there to see it all. Then they still charged me for the whole hour. The coupon helped but even my attorney charges by the minute. I felt overcharged. If a business is supposed to do "estimates" and can charge more with permissions, then they should also charge less when the work is below estimates.

The service is always prompt and the prices very fair. They have helped me keep my 2004 Honda accord. In excellent running Condition.

Just wanted to take the time out of my day to say fuck these guys. I asked to buy a hose clamp because my fuel line popped off, they said screw off and told I could keep walking to buy one somewhere else, after I had already walked near a mile.
