Got appt. for smog check, and when we showed up realized that we needed brake check as well. I thought the grinding noises might be the "self-adjusting" rear brakes, but they informed me it was actually the front brakes nearly worn down. They also checked brake fluid and recommended flush/change, and offered mid- and premium- level brake pad replacement, and rear-brake adjustment. We declined the rear-brake adj, since they were self-adjusting, and not yet worn. Work was done as promised in couple of hours, and they actually checked rear brake adjustment anyway, to prevent a premature return visit. Satisfied with service.

I had an air conditioning issue on my Honda Civic and they took care of it the same day. Lou took great care of us and even gave me a discount on the services. Very courteous and performed work very quickly. As far as value, maybe about 10%-15% more expensive than auto repair shops in central San Diego area, but saves me the drive from North County all the way down south.

For a smog check: easy to schedule, work done efficiently, and staff were all friendly and competent.

Good keurig coffee and plenty of creamer & sugar/sweetener. Liked watching Giada on TV. Prompt and friendly service. I will be back.
