Great customer service!

I have brought a couple cars to Complete Car Care for tires and alignment. The staff is always exceedingly friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and the work is done properly. I have been very pleased with the service and have recommended the shop to my sisters as well.

I recently went to CCC for a smog check and was in/out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Good energy in the lobby - a sense of camaraderie among staff. I think the gal working the counter that day was named Samantha. She was cheery and energetic and on the ball! I'll be going back without a doubt! This place is much MUCH more than smog station. Oh - and they have an assortment of teas and coffees that taste NOTHING like the usual burnt auto-shop coffee! ;)

As a woman, I always am nervous taking my car to the shop. I am convinced that they will just rip me off because I am clueless. I took my car to CCC for a smog check last month and I was totally impressed. The manager was amazing. I had confidence in him immediately, I brought my car back for regular maintenance. I told them that I was planning to sell it soon. They gave me a list of things that were wrong with it but the manager again was clear on the things I should do and things I should not bother with if I was selling it. I feel like this is the most honest repair place I have ever been to. I was very impressed with this place. I know I am not alone because the place was pretty busy when I was there.

The check-in process for my appointment was fast and friendly, the service was completed quickly & timely and the check-out was very efficient.
