Terrific customer service as usual. Was told my smog test would take roughly 40 minutes… he lied. It actually took 20! Was down the road to AAA to get my new registration much earlier than I anticipated. Also was told something you don’t always hear from businesses…. Thank you for your business… we appreciate it! Just dropped my car off for a 100,000 service without an appointment. They did the service the same day, charged 25% less than the dealer, and did not try to upsell any extra work. Solid guys, very communicative, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

This was my first garage I’ve been to besides my Ford dealer. When I called Ford Encinitas I was told it’d be 3 weeks before getting my car in. When I spoke to Lou at Complete Car Care, he got me in immediately. My car was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. I really appreciate their service and getting me back on the road so soon. I am a nurse who uses her care to make home visits with people depending on me. Thank you so much.

Fantastic, flawless service in a timely manner. I was traveling & had warning lights appear, and needed headlights replaced (Land Rover never allows just one of anything to be replaced). Ian and the staff at the shop were incredibly professional, personable and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day, the work was done quickly and I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer.
