From start to finish, my experience at Complete Car Care Encinitas was nothing short of amazing. Brendan provided excellent customer service, thoroughly walking me through the vehicle inspection and explaining the critical services my high mileage 2012 Toyota Camry needed. His follow-up via text and phone call to review the services and costs was both timely and informative. Brendan recommended multiple services from Toyota and we agreed on new spark plugs, new battery and new brake pads and rotors. The pricing was competitive after I called around to other shops and saved me a trip to another service location. To cap off the service, Ian kindly offered to pick me up and bring me to my car. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that ensures a seamless and pleasant experience for their customers. Highly recommend!”

Took my Ram work van in to have some electrical issues looked at. They weren’t able to work on my van and recommended I take it into a certified Ram mechanic. They didn’t charge me for the inspection but were able to point me in the right direction.
