My power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement of supply lines and pump. Additionally alternator was noted to be making abnormal sound indicating ball bearing exhaustion. Alternator replacement recommended. Complete description of issues (including photos) and recommendations for repair promptly provided via smart phone. Work was promptly performed. Additionally, personnel took the SUV for trial run to verify that all issues were indeed rectified. Lou was most courteous, attentive and professional. Would highly recommend CCCE.

Happy to find such a professional, reasonable auto maintenance business right here in Encinitas. Complete Car Care had my faulty air conditioning repaired for a lower cost than I expected..no up charging..no finding “other problems”. It’s a relief to know CCC is nearby.

They handled the job well. They are overpriced but provide good care. Maybe things got that much more expensive because of inflation but with me even haggling the price down it was still about 20% more than what I expected or have paid before. So if you don’t mind paying a little extra for a very good shop go for it.

I called for a smog test and they had me come in without an appointment. Check in was quick, the test took 20 minutes. When I came back from a short walk to Starbucks my car was pulled up front to the entrance ready to go. I paid and was on my way. Every experience with Complete Auto Care is the same; they understand what it means to be in the service business. We’ll use them again and again.

Complete Car Care Encinitas is great. Everyone I have met has been very helpful, their prices are great and they always manage to fit you in and get your car fixed and running smoothly. Highly recommend it
