On a road trip our rear brakes began to sound like metal on metal whenever coming to a stop. I drove to CCC Encinitas and they checked which confirmed the rear brakes were shot. They said it might be Monday before I'd have the car back. When I explained the road trip and our need to leave Monday morning, they verified the parts were in stock and scheduled my service immediately while I waited. They were pleasant, professional and very helpful. The cost was very reasonable, with a 2 year warranty. Waiting in the office with wifi and coffee was great. The next time I need service while I'm in town, I plan to return and use their business again. I can't recommend it highly enough.

They were fair and honest

My power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement of supply lines and pump. Additionally alternator was noted to be making abnormal sound indicating ball bearing exhaustion. Alternator replacement recommended. Complete description of issues (including photos) and recommendations for repair promptly provided via smart phone. Work was promptly performed. Additionally, personnel took the SUV for trial run to verify that all issues were indeed rectified. Lou was most courteous, attentive and professional. Would highly recommend CCCE.
