These folks were terrific, absolutely perfect for what I needed. I walked in, told them what was important to me and asked whether it was within their scope or not, with no problem either way...I just wanted to know up front. They were all about saying yes to all of it! As a consumer, there's a theory that is rarely disproven, but they disproved it. Specifically, between price, speed and quality, you get to choose TWO of these at best. You do NOT get all three, the theory says. In this case Complete Car Care delivered all three with perfection. I was completely satisfied, impressed, and beyond happy I stopped in to enquire. It's funny that a very simple request like mine could make me so happy as a consumer but performance like this leads to happy customers, that's for sure. By the way, the also hit some of the fringe elements I don't need, but appreciate...owner or GM must be an interior designer because this is the most welcoming auto -service waiting room you'll find outside a luxury dealership. Not ritzy, just super.

If you want it fixed the first time, this is the only place to go. Very professional with detailed explanation of the services involved. Greatly appreciated that they prioritized which service was more important especially when you can't afford all the repairs. Excellent communication and they go the extra mile to make sure your concerns and questions are addressed.
