great customer service

Took my 2015 Ram 1500 in for an oil change and fluids top off. I asked if they would recommend anything else for this truck given it has 57,000 miles on the odometer. The rep said a 60K service, transmission service and differential service. All for just over $1,000. I declined those services as I felt it was too expensive. I did however ask them to check the door lock and replace the cabin air filter which they said they would. Two hours later I was informed that the truck was done and ready for pickup. On arrival I asked how they made out with the door lock and cabin air filter. The rep told me they were too busy to get to it. So, they were not too busy to do all of the high dollar services but couldn't manage to look at the door or change the filter. Seems to me they just couldn't be bothered. Had they done so I would have become a permanent customer. Now, I'm a one and done. Never going back.

Everyone was friendly and professional—and fast! Have used them twice for smog check and will continue to do so.
