Brandon was great, professional and really cares about customer experience. The manager also really provided a customer friendly environment and cared about a satisfied customer.

Not sure they meant to but someone drained the brake fluid when I brought my old truck in for an inspection. So $190 later and I get to almost die on the way home. Called and of course they denied any culpability. Fool me once. As far as the inspection as with most shops they find everything they can wrong, and on this truck that is plenty, and then try and get you for all they can. Will not be using again unfortunately.

The mechanics worked diligently to make the repairs to my 1899 Alfa Spider so it passed the CA smog test. It took time and was not inexpensive, but the Alfa passed and is now registered.

Complete Car Care is professional and reliable. I use them for all three of my vehicles. My 2001 Jeep Cherokee and 2005 Jeep Wrangler both passed smog without any issues and the service was completed quickly while I waited. Lou went out of his way to find me a fuel tank after we discovered the tank was not in production anywhere to replace my damaged tank. He also accepted a same-day walk-in to fix an issue with one of my wheels and another time a tow drop-off when my car battery died completely. The customer service I've been provided at CCC is outstanding and I will continue to use them as my preferred local mechanic. They also kindly sent me thank you cards in the mail with service vouchers and starbucks vouchers.
