My power steering fluid was leaking and required replacement of supply lines and pump. Additionally alternator was noted to be making abnormal sound indicating ball bearing exhaustion. Alternator replacement recommended. Complete description of issues (including photos) and recommendations for repair promptly provided via smart phone. Work was promptly performed. Additionally, personnel took the SUV for trial run to verify that all issues were indeed rectified. Lou was most courteous, attentive and professional. Would highly recommend CCCE.
