I've been here 5 or 6 times now, and they've always done a great job, they're honest, respectful and realistic. HOWEVER, the last time I went (Dec 01), talk about sleazy. I went in after explaining to the guy my door panel locking buttons/window buttons fell through into the door and snapped clean off the panel. But I was told this may be possible to fix without new parts. Additionally my tire light and engine light was on. I made sure to tell them I've had the tires previously looked at and they were not losing air nor damaged. By the time they finished, close to 2 hrs, I am given the same information as provided above... "your lights are on" and "your panel is snapped clean off so we cant repair it until we get new parts", also "if you want your tires Inspected and engine inspected thatll be $185 per inspection. Anyways your total for the day will be $85." Following this experience I will likely not be returning any longer. Talk about sleazy. Shouldve not been charged a dime. No work was done to the car. If you're gonna tell me it was labor, I pulled the panel off the door in 1 second and could give you that info all the same. Very slick of them.
