Only had smog checks done, but it was on time, on price and no problem

So let me start off by saying they are the most unprofessional group of mechanics. They know little to nothing. Lou and Brandon are also very disrespectful and don’t care about your needs. You always hear about shady mechanics and companies and you hope to never run into them. Well, they are that company. All I needed done is to replace my serpentine belt. Super easy, super cheap ( $150 ) Brandon then recommended it get my crank pully replaced. So I did so ( $500 ). After an entire day I then receive a phone call around 4pm saying that they had BROKE my radiator while trying to remove it and that BRANDON AND LOU are making ME pay for it! ($1,000 ) After arguing back and forth I ended up paying for the new radiator at cost ($140) so now the total is ($640) After waiting 4 days for my car they call me and say it’s ready to be picked up and they test drive it a few times and everything g is working flawless. I get down to complete car care and immediately knew something was wrong with my car. I took it back 2 minutes later and told them the car isn’t running right nor boosting. I have a 2014 Subaru wrx. They told me they won’t fix it and there’s still nothing wrong. I then take it straight to Subaru in Carlsbad to have it diagnosed. After two days of waiting Subaru calls me and tells me that they had not reconnected the turbo inlet hose back. Along with taken bolts off my engine bay. Then the radiator that they “broke” was not pressurized correctly and they also blew my head gasket during the entire process. ($4,000) in repairs. So all in all my cars been in the shop for a week and a half, nothing was fixed, they are a shady company who will “sabotage” your car if they don’t get their way and now I will be taking them to small claims court to get my car properly fixed by Subaru. Lou, Brandon, and the mechanic that worked on my car. You should be ashamed of yourselves acting like shady children to a paying customer. You will be hearing from my attorney.

Excellent service! I needed my car fixed ASAP for an 8 hour drive. I called and I was able to drop it off that morning and get squeezed in for diagnosis (during COVID) and they really prioritized me to get me done in time for my trip! They also worked with my warranty well (had issues at another repair shop).

Went for a mandatory smog check. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. I was out of there in 15-20 minutes.
