I brought in my vehicle with little advance notice. Brandon was honest about being booked but worked in a diagnosis before the end of the day. He provided a thorough explanation of the problem along with an unbiased assessment of options. I felt respected and informed. I should not have been surprised, but I was when I found that not only were my brakes serviced promptly and professionally, but the next day I discovered that Complete Car Care also cleaned the corrosion from my battery terminals at no cost and without being asked. You can be sure I will be back.

The repair/part installation went as expected, took the one hour that was estimated and the charge was reasonable. The office people are friendly and appear to really want to give the customer good service.

Great courteous service in my hometown

I was having an unfortunate day to say the least and then my car battery died.. after being sold the wrong battery from an auto parts shop down the street I drove to find the nearest mechanic shop and came across Car Care Encinitas. They sold me a less expensive battery, installed it for free and I went back to return the other battery. On top of the fast service they were very very kind to me and my 6 year old son. We will definitely be coming back here to service our cars in the future.
