Best customer service experience I have received from an auto shop. From the moment I called in to see if they could take my vehicle, Brandon was kind and helpful. Brittany made the paperwork quick and painless at the reception desk. They provided me a ride to work in which Robert, the driver, was sweet and friendly. They helped with the cost as much as they could and then they sent another ride, which happened to be Andy the owner of the shop, to pick me up. Working in the customer service industry, the experience is everything and this team went above and beyond! I will be back if I ever need vehicle repairs. Thank you!

Went for a smog check. Called on a Saturday morning to see how busy they were. The gentleman who answered was very polite and said they had about a 30 minute wait but if I wanted to schedule an appointment in about an hour it might be better than a walk-in. I did so and the appointment went very quickly, no surprises and very friendly staff. I'd recommend.
