These people saved me thousands determined to not have me buy a new battery for my Prius. They spent the entire day examining the battery and diagnostic testing and persisted until they found the problem. I love this place and will never go anywhere else. They friendly, caring, professional and more than reasonably priced! You won’t regret trying them. A true neighborhood business.

Don't go to this shop unless you feel comfortable paying more than double markup in parts. My check engine light came on and the car started running rough as I was about to return to northern CA. I was desperate to have the car fixed ASAP and so found Complete Car Care who said they could fix it right away. They replaced 2 ignition coils and 4 spark plugs. The ignition coils were priced at 84% more than NAPA retail and the spark plugs were priced at over double NAPA retail. Lou admitted that they purchased the parts from a wholesaler and didn't even pay anywhere near retail. I complained to him after we got home and he explained that all the other shops charge in the same way. Bottom line: compare their parts costs to retail before having any work done and never go there if you're from out of town!!!

I am sorry you had a bad experience at our shop. We install quality OEM parts. That is why our warranty is 3 years or 36000 miles. Our master technicians diagnosed your vehicle, we provided you with shuttle service and we did not charge you for the diagnostic, which most shops or the dealer would charge $150 at least. Our service and workmanship go a long way, we wish you all the best.
