This place is incredible. The entire staff is pleasant and responsive. Brandon and Lou up front have been working on my vehicles for years. One of the many things I love about this shop is that they will not try and upsell you. Prices are reasonable and the communication is great. They also finish the job on the day and the time they say they will.

I brought in my vehicle with little advance notice. Brandon was honest about being booked but worked in a diagnosis before the end of the day. He provided a thorough explanation of the problem along with an unbiased assessment of options. I felt respected and informed. I should not have been surprised, but I was when I found that not only were my brakes serviced promptly and professionally, but the next day I discovered that Complete Car Care also cleaned the corrosion from my battery terminals at no cost and without being asked. You can be sure I will be back.

The repair/part installation went as expected, took the one hour that was estimated and the charge was reasonable. The office people are friendly and appear to really want to give the customer good service.
