Recently moved to the Encinitas/Carlsbad area. Brought my Jeep in for 90k mike servicing. Lou was up front and very professional. Triaged what needed to be done first and informed me about what I may need to fix in the future.. No pressure mindset and great experience. They took care of me and I will definitely use them again.

They get five stars, needed a smog check they got me in the next day. I was in and out in less than an hour everything worked out great. Friendly service and knowledgeable. I would recommend then to a friend!

Called for a smog and got in within the hour. Courteous staff. They redecorated the waiting area since I was last there and it is awrsome! Made me feel like I was in the living room of a friend's home. Warm and inviting decor, fruit and fresh flowers. If they take this much care with the waiting area, then they must care about my care. Wish the dealer would take the example from CCC and fix up their waiting area.
