From my initial phone call everything was top notch. Definitely will be back for Emissions and Smog.

Went for a smog check. Called on a Saturday morning to see how busy they were. The gentleman who answered was very polite and said they had about a 30 minute wait but if I wanted to schedule an appointment in about an hour it might be better than a walk-in. I did so and the appointment went very quickly, no surprises and very friendly staff. I'd recommend.

Recently moved to the Encinitas/Carlsbad area. Brought my Jeep in for 90k mike servicing. Lou was up front and very professional. Triaged what needed to be done first and informed me about what I may need to fix in the future.. No pressure mindset and great experience. They took care of me and I will definitely use them again.

Called for a smog and got in within the hour. Courteous staff. They redecorated the waiting area since I was last there and it is awrsome! Made me feel like I was in the living room of a friend's home. Warm and inviting decor, fruit and fresh flowers. If they take this much care with the waiting area, then they must care about my care. Wish the dealer would take the example from CCC and fix up their waiting area.
