My experience with Brandon was wonderful. His follow-through is fantastic and his Customer service was terrific. He was extremely fair and attentive. It’s difficult to find people in car repair, that are extremely fair and mindful of their work and our budget and I’m fortunate that I found complete car care and recommend them to anyone! Excellent shop

Mechanic Chad is excellent (amazing, actually). He was very generous with last-minute time, expertise & kindness. On Thanksgiving, we are passing our car on to our granddaughter. Chad made sure that the car is in top condition. Thank you!

Hands down fastest smog check ever! Called and got an appt for that afternoon. Arrives 20 min early and they took the car. About 15 min later, I was driving away!!

I had initially planned just to bring in my car to Complete Car Care Encinitas for routine oil change. However, the day before my appointment multiple warning lights were showing up in the driver's display on my 2011 Toyota RAV4. Alarmed at seeing that, I immediately headed over to Complete Car Care. The car actually stopped working all together as I entered the driveway to the parking lot. Yikes! Fortunately, they were able to assess what the problems were and fix them so my car was running again. I was also pleased to discover that they have a complimentary shuttle service, which I thought was a great added feature! I'm very satisfied with the work that was done and I plan to continue taking my car in to Complete Car Care.

I needed a smog test and they serviced me with minimal wait time without a prior appointment. Their front desk folks could not have been nicer. I was also impressed by how nice the small waiting room was, including the complimentary coffee!

I feel I can depend on Complete Car Care here in ENCINITAS as my 2005 Scion XB - in her maturity- needs extra care! Brandon and his team are trustworthy and provide excellent service.
