I had a fantastic experience at Encinitas Complete Car Care! Initially, I went in to get my power steering pump replaced, but the team identified a few other issues that needed attention. Ian, the representative, was incredible. He took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me understand what was most important to address first. He guided me through the process with professionalism and patience, making me feel confident in my choices. They got my car back to me quickly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service.

I was quoted $1,000 more than the Tesla dealership for a repair. The exact same repair. I thought dealerships were more expensive. This place is a rip off! Staff was rude when I declined their service offer. Good luck staying in business.

Hi Nick, I am sorry for not providing you with a lower price than the dealership price. We did direct you to the dealership for repairs and to take care of some of the repairs we thought were under warranty. There are some parts at the dealerships that are sold at a higher price to outside vendors.

I was able to make an appointment and the smog test was completed quickly The staff was friendly and I plan on using Complete Car in the future Plus they had Wurthers caramel hard candy!

I love this place! I purchased four new tires at Costco and they referred me to Complete Car Care for an alignment. It's a family owned business -- the customer service is excellent and the person who welcomes you and serves you from the office is fabulous!

Expensive but helpful, professional, communicate well, and friendly. (They were same price as Mercedes dealer for basic services…just more convenient location so I went here)
