The front desk people were very efficient and easy to work with. The price for an oil change is inflated and I was surprised of the $20 increase. I was told I needed a new battery I contacted Triple AAA where I purchased the battery and had a full warranty, the battery was working at full capacity and the leaking discussed at the shop wasn't there and showed no visible signs if leaking

They were on time for appointment, very professional and careful, following procedures for protocol of virus. Felt very comfortable and taken care of.

On Memorial Day I went to my car to go to the market, and the entire handle was loose on the driver's side. I couldn't open the door. I called my regular dealer to assist me, but they were closed due to the holiday. I decided to get in my car (had to get in on passenger's side) and drive to see if I could get assistance somewhere. Fortunately for me CCC was open and I was helped by a wonderful man named Lou. My car was fixed, I was informed every step of the way, and I couldn't be happier! He took great care in following the Covid -19 guidelines to the max! I felt very safe and my car door works great. I will go back to this fine establishment.

Went in for an inspection and oil change. Just now realized they charged me around $90 for the oil change alone which is absurd. Service is okay but they will screw you with prices
