Took my car here due to power steering issues. They said it needed a new pump and hose and quoted price of $850. Told them no way it was that much They then lowered the price to $750 which should have been red flag. Let them do the work. They had pump transferred from San Diego but it was not the right one. After some excuses they suddnely found one-probably bought it at Pep Boys down the street. Have talked to other shops since who said the pump they installed was ok but should have cost at most $400. Do not go here!!!!

***DO NOT GO HERE*** My daughter and her boyfriend were charge an outrageous price for the installation of a headlight. Nearly 200 dollars. A coolant exchange was due and they choose to use the wrong coolant. Our mechanic said it looked as if the Just "dyed" the coolant to make it look the right color. Either way it damaged the vehicle. I would never want anyone to experience this place.

I have taken my cars to Complete Car Care for repairs several times and have always been happy with the results. The free customer shuttle is very convenient and appreciated.

The guys at Complete Car Care are amazing. They always take care of my car issues right away. Lou always knows who I am when I call. Very friendly and professional.

The crew was fast and courteous; and the waiting area was so comfortable that I really didn’t mind waiting around for my car to be smog checked. I plan on coming back the next time I need any work.

Before I even arrived they let me know what was going to be the more convenient for me as an appointment date and provided me with the assurance they would be s me to fit the time frame I had set for them. They have me options of parts and services and did not force anything I did not ask for during the repairs process. Finally, they helped me out replacing a flat tire that I had, fee we of charge. I highly recommend this anyone looking for capable and friendly service.

My car had died and so I had it towed to Complete Care. I was prepared for a heavy hit, but was pleasantly surprised, (although embarrassed), when they called me to say I had just run out of gas! I appreciated their honesty because I had been expecting it to be something horrible!

Frustrated - went in for a smog check on Sat., car passed. Noticed tire pressure was checked on the forms. This morning I come out to find 4 flat tires and leaking valve stems. One failing or having a leak is possible bad stem, but all 4 with the same problem???

Let me start by saying that I despise going to repair shops. It seems that whenever I go, it ends up costing a fortune, I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of and I sit around waiting for hours. Well thank goodness the other good reviews led me to Complete Car Care because I FINALLY had a pleasant experience.I went in for an oil change at my scheduled time and my car was immediately brought into the garage to get worked on. After a short time, Emily and the mechanic brought me into the garage to show me that whoever completed my last oil change (Valvoline Express), screwed the cap on way to tight and removing it could cause further damage to my oil pan. Instead of carelessly using excessive force and possibly cracking my oil pan, Emily and Lou recommended that I return my car to Valvoline in the event there was damage upon removal of the cap. As a courtesy, they added a quart of oil to my car so I could get by and I agreed to return to Valvoline. Although it turned in to additional time and energy, I didn't mind because I truly appreciated their honesty and care. They could have easily chosen the route that put more money in their pockets, but they instead they used their knowledge and professionalism to do what was in my best interest.I'll definitely be back for all of my car service needs and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!
