EXPENSIVE AND RUDE. I edited my review after I read the owner's response ACCUSING me of blackmail and of trying to extort the business . Ridiculous . I had an engine light turned on so I went there for diagnostics and repair . I was told that they need to replac a sensor and quoted $554.99. I asked why it was so expensive and was told that this specific sensor has to be by HONDA and that it is more expensive than others . I felt like I had no other choice so I paid full price for the sensor AND $200 for labor . When I came home with the statement that revealed the type of sensor that was replaced I checked online AND with HONDA DEALERSHIP only to find out that the price is in the range of 200-300 dollars. When we confronted Complete Car Care they offered us 2 free oil changes. After negotiation we ended up paying ~$600 for the repair and we're never going back there . Neither our friends who reccomended this place to begin with. When I called and asked that they will back down from their accusations online they said that they will call me back and they never did.
I am sorry you feel that way. We are not an online parts store, eBay or Amazon. We are a service business that diagnoses your problem, out sources the parts, repairs it, test drives it to make sure the repairs were done correctly and give you a 3 year/ 36000 miles warranty. Providing a service and we are entitled to make a profit. The dealership will sell you parts over the counter but will not, diagnose, repair and warranty the workmanship for that part if you do not get your car serviced and repaired at that place. That will cost you extra on labor and an up mark in parts.We were nice enough to refund you back some of your money, but trying to black mail and extort a business is another thing.
