Just posted this on yelp: This is my favorite auto care place. Professional, extra helpful and courteous. They go out of their way to make customers happy. Never worried about being ripped off. They also always check for recalls on your car, even though the dealer must handle those. ALL the stars.

I called three local auto glass replacement businesses to get a quote on replacing the cracked front windshield on my 2003 Toyota Highlander.Two of them never bothered to call me back. Lou at Complete Car Care in Encinitas did and gave me a quote. I made an appointment for the following day. The windshield replacement was ready ahead of the promised time slightly below the quoted price and I am happy for the service that I received.
