Lou especially was great. Kind, accommodating, and took time to explain things. You can pay someone to do good work, but you can't pay someone to care. It was clear that he cares about his customers and wants to do right by them.

My car broke down and they diagnosed the problem quickly. They gave me a rental car since it would take til the next day to fix my car. They were very courteous, honest and had my car fixed when they said it would be done. Lou was great to work with.

Awesome Care! I brought my minivan in and they were able to diagnose the problem that was covered on under warranty in <1hour. They recommended I take vehicle to have it serviced at Bob Baker Chrysler and what a polar experience... On 2nd day at Bob Baker and still haven't had any diagnose or phone call telling me when they will have it completed. Wish I just paid Complete Car Care to handle it.

CCC did a complete overhauls of the cooling system in my Jeep. With over 200,000 miles, it was needed, specially since the radiator sprang a leak. Everything was done promptly and to my satisfaction. They have serviced this car for the last 14 years and I wouldn't take the car anywhere else.
