Evan was great and even dealt with my sometimes difficult husband over the phone for me. The repairs were done well and in a timely manner.

I love this place! The service is excellent. I have been taking our cars here for about three years and my only regret is that I ever took our cars to the dealership because Complete Car Care is soooooooo much better. The mechanics are so knowledgable. The service is complete and quick and I really feel like they are so respectful of my time. Evan at the service desk is amazing -- extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful, every time. And there is another woman at the counter (Samantha, I think) who is awesome too -- so friendly and personable. As a busy mom, I hate maintaining and fixing our family cars (we have 4) but it is actually a pleasure to deal with Complete Car Care. They make it so easy. They explain everything and they stand behind their work 100%, even if it means checking the phantom rattle that my husband thinks he hears when the cars come home. I am super hard to please so read this as the absolute highest praise. Complete Car Care is awesome!! Oh, and they are super honest and careful to help me make economical decisions about repairs -- I really appreciate that too. You will LOVE it! Go there!

My appointment was to get a smog certification for my truck. It was completed in 40 minutes which was 10 minutes longer than estimated. BUT, there's a good reason why it took a bit longer. They had to make accommodations in order for my truck to pass. And they did! Without charging me more money! The gentleman at the front desk made me aware of everything that was taking place. This was my first time at CCC. My experience was excellent! I would recommend this place to anyone.

I was not looking forward to getting my smog check because you never know how you'll be treated when going to a car service place. When I called to check the price they were very nice and offered to get me an appointment the same day. I made the appointment for the same day and was in and out within 25 minutes of my appointment time. I was almost waiting for a sales pitch at the end ("You need this and that..."), but nope...just a friendly conversation and I was on my way. I will now come here (or at least check prices here first) for any car maintenance/repairs I may need.

The customer service provided by Lou was exceptional! He went above and beyond to help and contacted me with any new finding of my Tahoe. His helpful attitude made the service so much more than taking my car in for service.
