I randomly came across this auto shop and couldn't have been happier! I needed an oil change and knew I also needed my rear brakes checked/replaced. From the minute I walked in, Lou, one of the managers, was very friendly and informative. He kept me in the loop on communication throughout the process and called with updates when he said he would. After all the work was done, he went through all the charges with me and even helped me with a coupon they had running. The price was well below 3 other places I had priced out with the same service. They use manufacturer parts without the upcharge. In addition, it's a family owned business, and I love supporting local small businesses! I will definitely be going back for any auto service needs and will recommend my family and friends do the same!

The car services preformed at Complete Car Care are phenomenal. Lou, Emily, and the team know their facts about any type of car, pin-point the problem, fix it within a reasonable time period, and execute a remarkable job. My car needed a new axel, the rotors changed, and an oil change. They are able to order the parts and implement the services needed same-day, within a couple of hours. While the car work is being preformed, they have a waiting room with cookies, coffee, water, a TV, and magazines, or they'll offer to give you a ride where you need to be! They're so generous and caring. My entire family uses Complete Car Care and has grown a relationship with employees there. They give us the best services at a fair price. Did a nice "A1" service on our Honda Accord V-6 along with a complete inspection. They could not have been nicer.

Possibly the most honest mechanic on the planet with the best staff. A special shout out to Emily that gave me daily updates while my car had to go for a long electrical repairs after they did everything possible to keep me from overspending. We have taken them our vehicle on multiple occasions where they could have charged us for expensive repairs but worked out a much less expensive alternative.

I need to apologize to the CCCE mgr, mechanic and owner. What I initially thought was I had received bad advice on a/c repairs so I left a very critical review. After posting I received a very nice and genuine call from the mgr who was super apologetic, considerate and motivated to win my patronage. As part of the call he gave me some helpful pointers that I followed up on and learned he was right. I was really impressed with his customer centricity and was motivated to double check my a/c status. I learned they were right, I had a leak which may require repair. So to the owner, mgr and especially the mechanic I apologize. I have also learned my lesson about fully checking my facts before writing a critical review. Lesson learned.
