They are honest to the price they quote you over the phone and they aren't pushy like some other auto repair shops by trying to check your car for every little thing wrong to up sell you.Lastly, they educate you on any issues or car care that you may have questions about. Emily the receptionist is knowledgeable in car care and will always greet you with a smile. I would definitely recommend this shop for all your auto care needs!

I was a little disappointed that even though I made an online appointment, there was no indication of it, but the fact that my service was done so quickly more than made up for it. Pricing is always fair. I love the waiting area with all the snacks and coffee provided, as well as the Smart charging station. Emily is phenomenal! I am amazed by her.

My 2003 F150 had its starter die the other night after it was taken out to go to the H&M at the premium outlets area near Jimbo's, it was about 8pm by the time I got to it. We tried replacing the solenoid on it in the hopes that it would be a quick fix but no avail! We called a towing company (check my other reviews, Leucadia Towing is AWESOME!!!) to move it and had it brought to Complete Car Care in Encinitas and left a note on the truck explaining the situation. The next morning I went there and explained it was probably the starter (it had the dreaded single "THWOCK" you get when turning the key). After talking to them there I was quoted a diagnostic for finding the problem and I thought it was quite high; Iw as going to come back later after getting some other quotes on the diagnostic and work. Now, I'm one who believes in quality work and you pay for it but I was a little worried about this. Fast forward to today! I talk with Lou (WHO IS AMAZING) and he hears what I'm saying and we work out a VERY fair price. I picked up the truck today and it back running better than ever and I know I got expert work. This place is really nice and is a family run business who will look out for you and listen to you. I wholly recommend it and even though I have a fairly simple vehicle to work on I saw many high end foreign cars being worked on there. They know their stuff! Lou is an amazing employee but also an amazing human because he heard my plea and understood where I was coming from instead of tossing me to the wind like so many other places I'm sure would have done. Included with this is the fact that Lou and the whole Complete Car Care team took great care of my vehicle. You won't be disappointing! The icing on the cake? they got it done FAST!! So far my experience has been fine. Tony, the service writer handled things well and the other people around the desk seemed quite capable. The work was done when expected and explained as well as the need for follow-up work. I'm satisfied and plan to return.

I've been taking my cars (4) to Complete Car Care Encinitas for smog checks for over 10 years. They are always very prompt and polite, and the service has been excellent. I plan on continuing to use their services for many years to come, and with four of my five cars requiring periodic smog checks, that averages out to at least once a year.

I have had really poor luck in the past with auto repair shops taking advantage of me, but I was really blown away by the service I received here at Complete Car Care in Enchintas. They went above and beyond with free diagnostics and in-depth, affordable repairs for my Chevy Impala. I can't recommend them enough. Definitely trust-worthy!
