Let me start by saying that I despise going to repair shops. It seems that whenever I go, it ends up costing a fortune, I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of and I sit around waiting for hours. Well thank goodness the other good reviews led me to Complete Car Care because I FINALLY had a pleasant experience.I went in for an oil change at my scheduled time and my car was immediately brought into the garage to get worked on. After a short time, Emily and the mechanic brought me into the garage to show me that whoever completed my last oil change (Valvoline Express), screwed the cap on way to tight and removing it could cause further damage to my oil pan. Instead of carelessly using excessive force and possibly cracking my oil pan, Emily and Lou recommended that I return my car to Valvoline in the event there was damage upon removal of the cap. As a courtesy, they added a quart of oil to my car so I could get by and I agreed to return to Valvoline. Although it turned in to additional time and energy, I didn't mind because I truly appreciated their honesty and care. They could have easily chosen the route that put more money in their pockets, but they instead they used their knowledge and professionalism to do what was in my best interest.I'll definitely be back for all of my car service needs and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!
