I have a mechanic crush on Andy. Being a hot chick who doesn't know much about cars, it's easy to get taken advantage of by douchebag mechanics looking to make a quick buck. Not at Complete Car Care! I first came in a year ago for a routine smog check and Andy was so frickin cool to me that I promised him I'd return, and I did, because this guy is honest, charming and knows his shit about cars. Customer service is beyond superb! Ladies, I'm writing Andy's number on the bathroom wall - "For a good time, call Complete Car Care!"

I needed a smog check and found Complete Car Care online. In every respect, they showed they deserved their excellent reputation. From the time of calling for an appointment to completion of the service, they were courteous, efficient, and competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car service.

Very professional and efficient. Please improve the bathroom/ toilet facility! Perhaps just a toilet- sink closet for customers in the lounge? Your current one is old though somewhat clean....not pleasing and not easy to negotiate to..through the work area! Thank you.

Great service. Friendly Staff. However, I found out after the service that they DO NOT take Discover Card or American Express! Master card, Visa, Debit or CASH only...Wish I knew that before! Had to pay with cash, LUCKY I had some.

I have gone to Complete Car Care before for small jobs, oil changes, minor things. Recently I needed two large jobs - and I was relieved to know where to go. They are convenient, reliable, trustworthy, and they gave me truly exceptional customer service. I knew where to go for the second large job on my truck. They do not disappoint; Andy and his staff went "over and above" in customizing my appointment to work around my job constraints, and that was absolutely a top-notch touch of class. They treat customers with that "old fashioned" personal care that's left our society - where you feel like you matter, they won't oversell you things you don't need, they really value their customers and they have a superlative business ethic. I don't know much abut vehicles, but I am comfortable with the trust I place in their hands. The work was well-done, it was a superior experience, and I know to go here for my future car care needs. They do it all, too - so I can foresee their business growing. If they manage their jobs and their clients like this, they have a bright future-just don't change!!!.
