I wish I could give this less than one star. I honestly don't understand who's writing all of these good reviews after the experience that I had. I took my car in a just a few short weeks ago, less than a month. I had a basic service - oil change, top off fluids, check my tires, etc. it was a little pricey and they couldn't fix an issue with my headlight. No biggie. But here is my problem - I was told everything checked out on my car. Two of my tires were marked "in the green", and two had "just gone from green to yellow" and that I "should think about getting an alignment, but really it was fine until at least my next service". Basically, everything was good. When you pay someone to care for your vehicle, you trust the information given to you. Well unfortunately for me, they were dead wrong. I honestly don't think they checked my tires at all. Over the weekend I experienced a tire blowout on the freeway nearly causing a pile up. I am lucky to be alive. When I took my car to Discount Tire, they were baffled when I told them I had my car serviced recently. ALL FOUR tires were bad and showed obvious dangerous wear. They said there was no way that this kind of damage happens in a few short weeks, and there's no way that anyone who actually saw my tires could have signed off on them as safe. Complete Car Care is OBVIOUSLY incompetent, and their HUGE mistake nearly KILLED me. DO NOT use them for anything! I spoke with the manager Evan and he was absolutely useless. He could not even locate my paperwork. Don't worry Evan, I keep my paperwork organized and was easily able to find where they marked my tires off as safe. Poor service almost led to my DEATH. I can't believe these people are still in business. I hope they don't actually kill someone.
Thank you for your review, we have investigated what happened, unfortunately you declined all our service recommendations
