Very quick and courteous. Did not like the $10 upcharge due to my "type" of car (Nissan Murano). Other than that the service was great!

I decided to try this shop after moving into the area and away from the "father like mechanic" that took care of my cars where I used to live...very worried about getting good service but i didn't have to worry!Called to see about tires...they redirected me to tirerack.com. I ordered 4 tires for my Ford F150 on tirerack.com at a $150 savings over Costco. completely happy with the service...and decided to ask about shocks-price was substantially less for good shocks than a couple of other places I called.

This was my first time using Complete Car Care. It was for a smog inspection. I will definitely be returning. Samantha was extremely nice and sounded like she knew what she was talking about. I also like that the waiting room was geared toward everyone. Yeesh, how many times have I gone somewhere for an oil change or smog check and they had motomags out front and foul coffee. Complete Car Care wasn't like that at all. It was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Oh, and they did my car too. :)

Complete Car Care was an absolute great experience! I pulled in for an oil change and tail light replacement, and they had me in and out in less than 20 Min. The staff was extremely knowledgable and friendly, I also liked the fact that I was helping to support A LOCAL FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS! Personally being a 3rd generation San Diegan, I'm a big advocate of helping out these types of business's.
