Helpful, fast and friendly. I needed a new battery as mine had died. The road service that came to jump my car said they could call their battery man. He would probably make it to my location in an hour The next place I went told me I would need to leave my car for the whole day. I was in and out of Complete Car care in less than 30 minutes. Should have gone there in the first place.

Car work was completed in a timely manner. Problem solved. Congenial staff.

I have a mechanic crush on Andy. Being a hot chick who doesn't know much about cars, it's easy to get taken advantage of by douchebag mechanics looking to make a quick buck. Not at Complete Car Care! I first came in a year ago for a routine smog check and Andy was so frickin cool to me that I promised him I'd return, and I did, because this guy is honest, charming and knows his shit about cars. Customer service is beyond superb! Ladies, I'm writing Andy's number on the bathroom wall - "For a good time, call Complete Car Care!"

I needed a smog check and found Complete Car Care online. In every respect, they showed they deserved their excellent reputation. From the time of calling for an appointment to completion of the service, they were courteous, efficient, and competent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs car service.

Very professional and efficient. Please improve the bathroom/ toilet facility! Perhaps just a toilet- sink closet for customers in the lounge? Your current one is old though somewhat clean....not pleasing and not easy to negotiate to..through the work area! Thank you.

Great service. Friendly Staff. However, I found out after the service that they DO NOT take Discover Card or American Express! Master card, Visa, Debit or CASH only...Wish I knew that before! Had to pay with cash, LUCKY I had some.
