The front desk staff of Evan and Samantha is superb! They are efficient, very friendly and pleasant, very organized and helpful. I would recommend Complete Car Care to anyone who needs their car serviced. The shop is punctual and timely in doing the servicing and they seem very honest. I have never had any problems with my car after they serviced it. I especially appreciate the clean, comfortable waiting area with the TV so there is something to do while you wait. Coffee machine is a generous touch. This seems like a business with owners who really care about the type of service they provide and they take pride in their establishment and in their work. The location is convenient along El Camino Real in Encinitas so you can walk around to many of the shops and restaurants while your car is being serviced.

After being talked down to at another place it was refreshing to speak with another woman who understood the old style "boys club" mentality of some other shops. I had my brakes replaced same day without hassle. Everyone was really nice & happy to explain my options to me. I will definitely be taking my car back when I need servicing.
