Amazing customer service and repair service. Brandon and Lou are very friendly and helpful. The woman in the office is too, she gave me a ride home on her way home! (they hav a pick up/ drop off service). They are very patient answering any questions I have. When they call to tell me about what needs to be done they are not pushy. They willl explain what should be done now and what can wait if you can’t afford to do everything. They had the repairman come into the office to explain something to me. I received a Starbucks card in the mail for my first visit. Thank you! When I askd Lou if they could take a couple stickers off my window, he came out and did it himself. I recommend this place to anyone and I do tell everyone about it.

By far the best auto care company I have ever been to. On a busy labor day weekend this shop helped me tremendously. My fiance and I were driving to Irvine from San Diego around noon on Saturday. My engine stared burning up. We went to 3 different shops that were all too busy to help us that day. Complete took us in. They drove to Escondido to track down a weird part for a Dodge Dart. We were on our way within 4 hours of arriving to get back on our trip north. Everyone was nice and made me feel like I was welcome." - J. B.

Normally I dread having to bring the car in for anything as I don't like waiting around for the work to be done. But the people couldn't have been more hospitable and friendly. It felt like being on vacation with free coffee, muffins, TV to watch and even a phone charger! On top of that the work was done in less time than they quoted, and for less $ that they quoted. How often do you see that? Would definitely recommend these folks. They are my family mechanics now!

I have worked in Encinitas for many years and many of my clients have told me to go to Complete Car Care. Well I finally went today for a smog check! From the time I made my appointment on the phone to being greeted by Brandon upon arrival, I must say it was the most pleasant experience. I was greeted and told "hello" to by at least 3 of his coworkers! I will definitely be back and certainly will tell everyone about my experience! Complete car care is a wonderful shop. Coming from an automotive background I am always hesitant to bring my vehicle to someone else, but obviously I can’t do everything myself and this is one of the only shops I trust to work on my vehicle. They are trustworthy and their prices are fair. Lou- the manager is extremely knowledgeable and all the techs are absolutely exceptional. This shop is right down the street from where I grew up and even though I don’t live in Encinitas anymore I still make the drive out there from Kearny Mesa. Highly recommend this place!

Made an appointment first and had quick and great service. Waiting room, coffee, cookies and 30 minutes later out. Doesn't get any better.

They're expensive, but the employees are incredibly helpful and professional. I had some issues with my car's starter, and they let me keep the car in their night drop for a few days while I figured everything out.
