I am very pleased with the service I received at Complete Car Care Encinitas. My car troubles started on a Saturday evening and CCC was one of the only shops open on Sunday. Manager Lou Thang was very thorough and patient answering many questions and explaining what repairs my car needed. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be returning to Complete Car Care for any future repairs or maintenance on my 11 year old car.

Had my Mercedes S430 in for rear air struts as my "airmatic" suspension failed. Lou, the manager, was very courteous and accommodating, and mechanics did an A+++ job. Much cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. I will recommend Complete Car Care to everyone. Thanks again, Lou.

THIS RAITING IS FOR THE STAFF NOT THE COMPANY!! ***One star*** for false advertising. A smog is not $31.75 it cost me $55 and this was after their $10 discount. With that being said the people that work here get SIX stars!! The staff here were amazing. Great energy and a really nice feeling being in the building. Seriously these people had amazing energy and completed my Smog in record timing! Lou Thang is amazing at his job and a pleasure to interact with. All really nice people!

This group really came through for me. Was going out of town on Christmas Eve. and was having an issue with my heater. They were only open for half a day but still got it repaired. Good group of guys. Impressed with their workmanship.
