I wish I could go back and give them 0 stars. My car broke down two weeks after the repairs they did due to a faulty compressor that was installed by Compete Car Care. They knew I was driving my car back to Chicago and unfortunately, the car broke down in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico. I had to pay over $400 to get towed. Yes, Complete Car Care did pay for a new compressor to be installed after arguing with them for 2 days (while now paying additional hotel costs). What I am most disappointed about, is that they won't take responsibility for the faulty part that THEY installed and refuse to refund me the over $1,000 I paid them originally, not to mention the costs of the towing and expenses of having to wait to have my car repaired. Lou has refused to let me speak to the vendor who issued them the part and has also told me multiple times that I cannot talk to Andy, the owner. He told me he would let Andy know I called, but "don't expect a call back." I am BEYOND livid with this company and would never trust them again. Take your car elsewhere!
Hello Kelly, I am sorry that your air compressor went out. We contacted the supplier and they refused to cover the warranty because of an existing problem with your car, we mentioned that to you when we installed your a/c Compressor. Despite these obstacles we paid $1100 to the Ford Dealership in New Mexico where you took your car to. We went above and beyond to take care of you, but we are not responsible for the existing problem that you have before we installed the A/C Compressor, that is your responsibility !’
