Complete car care is amazing! They have done my oil changes, smogs and replaced the timing belt on my van. The shop is family owned and operated. Lou - the manager is a stand up guy who tells it like it is and gets you the best deal he can. Brandon is one of the service advisors and really knows his stuff. The technicians are incredible and take care of your car like it’s their own. Highly recommend this shop

As usual, Lou and the folks at Complete Car Care are honest to a fault. They tell you what HAS to be done vs what MAY need to be done in the future. (You can hear Lou on the phone explaining that to to other customers, as well. In my case to did not charge for some things in the 90K maintenance and I left knowing what needs to be done later down the road. The car is always ready when they say, the owners family picked me up as a courtesy, and at Christmas the owner sent along a $50 gift certificate. Now that is what service is all about.
