I need to apologize to the CCCE mgr, mechanic and owner. What I initially thought was I had received bad advice on a/c repairs so I left a very critical review. After posting I received a very nice and genuine call from the mgr who was super apologetic, considerate and motivated to win my patronage. As part of the call he gave me some helpful pointers that I followed up on and learned he was right. I was really impressed with his customer centricity and was motivated to double check my a/c status. I learned they were right, I had a leak which may require repair. So to the owner, mgr and especially the mechanic I apologize. I have also learned my lesson about fully checking my facts before writing a critical review. Lesson learned.
