Great place

Was able to get wife's Volt repaired that had several codes due to some type of wiring issue. Usually, have to take to a dealer as not many mechanics said they work on Volts. Thankfully CCCE has a Master Mechanic that has GM experience and they were able to get the car in and out the same day with all 6 engine codes fixed. While I didn't have time to shop the price around, I believed based on previous experience that pricing was fair. Not the cheapest but you can't expect great work quickly at the cheapest price. The repairs were great and the car now runs like it should. My only complaint (hence 4 stars and not 5) is the final bill was unexpectedly higher than the original estimate.

CCC did a smog check for me a month ago. While there, I decided to have them do a wheel alignment as well. They were soooo efficient and reliable, the work was done before I knew it.These guys are friendly too!

Evan took great care of me and my car. Friendly and profession service. Had them perform a smog check on a Sat morning. Barely had enough time to brew a cup of coffee before my car was done. Highly recommend this place for your car needs. Thanks Evan!!

Friendly and on time and efficient!

I've been taking my car here off and on for a few years now for oil changes and other minor things. At 130,000 miles, I knew I was due for some maintenance since everything on my car was basically still original from the factory. They quickly found all of the things that needed fixed and Evan was nice enough to go over each one with me explaining thoroughly what each part is responsible for. As a woman, it can be hit or miss going to repair shops as we're easy to convince since we don't understand 3 quarters of the lingo. I never feel like that here. They give their honest opinion about what should be prioritized and what things could be worried about at a later date. I had an issue with my car recently after picking it up from the shop (faulty OEM part) and had to return it the following day. The way they handled it far exceeded any expectation I could of had. Lou was great. Without my even asking, he offered to cover either a rental car or flight for me since I had to leave out of town that afternoon on emergency. He assured me that my car would be fixed by the time I got back and that they would keep it locked in the garage every night. While having to get (and pay for) car repairs is never fun, the guys at Complete Car Care really go out of their way to make their customers feel appreciated which is why I'll continue going there for any of my cars needs :).

Very honest and quick. I went in for an oil change. They said it would be an hour and it was just a bit less. They said I needed new tires so they couldn't perform an alignment. I thought the needing new tires was a way for them to up sell, only to be completely surprised when he told me I may be better off getting my tires from someone else. My husband brings his pick up truck in there. He doesn't generally trust car mechanics but he is really impressed with this place.

Great guys. I've taken my client's car to them several times now and every time has been a great experience. They are accurate with their time assessments and quickly inform you of any changes in the plan. As I've mentioned, it's my client's car & they're always helpful with our situation and transport me back to them while the car is being taken care of. The one time I needed to stay, the car was repaired quickly & I was kept informed of the status so I could let my client know when I would return home.
