I came in for a smog check. I got service immediately and I was finished quickly, and all for a very fair price. Everyone was courteous and very friendly. I will go back if I have any car trouble in the future. Lou was awesome, thank you!

I came to know Roger, the sevice manager at the encinitas store when he managed the san marcos store where I live. I now send all four of my vehicles to him even though he is half an hour away from my home because of his honesty, professionallism and knowledge. I owned a automotive repaire shop in anaheim that serviced vehicles and was licensed to smog and repair engines and transmissions. I have yet to come accross a service manger like roger who is willing to put the effort in taking care of his customers vehicles like Roger has done so for mine. I recommend Roger for all your repair needs.

Okay I don't know where to start. First off, Complete Car Care has provided the most pleasant automotive repair experience I've ever had. My ML 500 needed brake maintenance, my steering wheel was making a weird winding noise, my ESP wouldn't stop beeping, and the emergency brake light kept flashing even though it wasn't the emergency brake wasn't in use. I was greeted so nicely by their front desk receptionist and she thoroughly explained the maintenance to be done on my car. Looking at their nicely kept and organized assortment of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies, I made myself a cup of tea on their Keurig machine, grabbed a cookie and sat down to watch the food channel on their flat screen. I knew my car would take long and my phone battery might die and of course they have a phone charging station with every smart phone charger available as well as free wifi! Time flew by so fast and I kinda wished they had taken longer on my car because I was so comfortable. They fixed my car perfectly! It drove so much better, my ESP was fixed, no lights were flashing and my brakes felt like new! The service was extremely exceptional and their price for that brake job is 25% cheaper than the Mercedes dealer, so I saved hundreds of dollars! I hands down will forever recommend Complete Car Care for any car maintenance needs. They fix cars perfectly with customer service to match!

This is the best place for smog testing. We had two cars tested. The staff is knowledgable and friendly. Great seating, great pod coffee and a treat. Both of our cars passed inspection. The woman before me needed some work to pass. The repair was explained in detail, price for her repair seemed reasonable. This company is lucky to have Samantha and Eric. They give five star service to everyone and I haven't been this impressed in a long time, if my car needs other repair I would definitely trust them.
