The folks at Complete Car Care Encinitas were ready at my appointment time, and completed my smog check and had me on my way in 20 minutes or so. Quick, easy, professional.

the staff seemed very knowledgeable and willing to inform and educate me on things I needed to understand for making good decisions. they have a long history and established reputation which they want to maintain, so they give honest advice.

Finding a mechanic shop you can actually trust is RARE. SOO pleased we've found Complete Car Care. Extremely friendly and customer service oriented. I've also checked their prices and recommendations with a mechanic friend that's too far away for our regular needs and they've passed every time. Make sure Samantha is working at the front, and for any expert opinion ask for Evan. They are OUTSTANDING!

Yesterday I took my daughter's car to a quick change oil place as she was leaving for a road trip and I had not made an appointment with Complete Car Care. At the oil place they told me that her brakes were very bad and that she needed new ones right away. I called Evan at CCC and he got me in right away. After inspection it turned out that her brake pads were low but not at a dangerous level, I went ahead and had them change them out anyway but I appreciated that first,they got her car in and second, that they were honest in her not needing them immediately!

Great service and fair pricing. The manager (Evan) is extremely customer-service oriented and an excellent communicator. No disrespect to the "chain" stores like Pep Boys and Midas, but Complete Car Care is a better choice.

Any place with a checkin offer is a place after my heart!! I came in needing to get my car smog at a star certified location and luckily they had just got their star certification. With their checkin offer of 29.95 for a smog check and the smog certification I'm paying $38 flat out the door. The other place I had and gone to look at was going to charge me $40 so granted it's just a few bucks less but hey, a few dollars saved is a few dollars earned. Samantha is one of the nicest ladies I have ever met! Mage has great customer service skills and is great at handling the customers that come into the shop!! I have found a new place for my smog checks and will recommend them to everyone!! I have to mark them down just half a spot for the seats having a lot of glitter on them but after rounding up on the stars scale, it's a 5 STAR BABY!!

Family owned and operated. These guys give auto repair a good name (I know amazing right?). Andy and his team take great care of my wife and I and I will go nowhere else ever. They are quick, efficient and HONEST! I come in for oil changes and all service. I think we all wish the days of personal service not run by mega corporations existed and that mom and pops could still survive. Do North County San Diego a favor - support Andy and his team. They represent the best of personalized auto care service that blows the national chains out of the water.

If you need a solid, reliable mechanic, these are your guys. They always give sound, honest advise about my car and helped me find the cheaper way out of a bind. They've even helped me fix minor things at no charge. These guys are awesome. Highly recommended for all car care. Eric's the guy that always takes care of me and I can't recommend them enough.
