What a great place!! A part in my cars clutch broke and my car became un-drivable. I had to work the next day too so it was very inconvenient. I towed it over and they treated me great! Said to leave the car outside and give them an hour or two to diagnose the issue. Within an hour they called back to tell me that it was a small little part that broke and that it would be easy and cheep to fix. I gave them the go-ahead to fix it and an oil change and within 2-2.5 hours my car was ready!! They are truly different because they give you options and recommendations that are fair and not pushy. If I went to pep boys or another place they would have said my entire clutch was broken and needed to be replaced when it was a simple little problem. (Which has happened before at other locations.) Another great note is that they have a mechanic in their shop that has been in the industry for 30 + years! That professionalism and expertize is hard to find today. To finish up, I would highly recommend them for their great work and customer service!!!

We just had our oil changed at Complete Car Care. They accepted my online coupon through my iphone and completed work in 40 minutes as promised! They couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Their suggestions were right on. A pleasure to do business with them.

The Alignment came out great and the mechanics definitely knew exactly what they were doing. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and COMPLETE CAR CARE. All in all they are fair and professional. Much Respect.

With my check engine light on and time for my annual registration renewal, I felt it best to have a diagnostic test done. Since I work in the Encinitis area, I went to Complete Car Care to do the test. The test was very thorough and done in a timely manner and the staff very courteous and knowledgeable. I was told all that was wrong and how much it would be for the repairs. Now I must decide if it is worth the repairs or if I should apply for the CAP program, as my car is a 1998 Honda Accord. I would highly recommend Complete Car Care, Encinitis for anyone in need of auto repairs.

These guys are awesome! I have brought in my car a few times to get serviced, and have always had a great experience. Fair pricing, they don't take too long, good service, and no condescending tones just because I'm a girl :). I really appreciate how they took the time to explain everything, and made sure I knew what I was paying for.
