They’re nice people, but their pricing is too high. I got the same job done at half the price at another garage located in close proximity to this one that came with a two-year warranty on the parts and work as well.

My check engine light went on and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Shortly afterwards I received a call letting me know it was a warranty issue and I should go to the dealer. No charge. I wish the dealer's customer service was even half as good. 3 calls and I finally got an appointment a week out with them.

They were awesome! I was attempting to renew my auto registration, not realizing I needed a smog check. I arrived close to closing time, but they got it done for me and I was on my way and got back to AAA before they closed! They were kind, helpful, friendly, professional!

Absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. I usually go for my smog check, but after getting an absurd quote from the dealership, I brought my car to them for a second opinion. They are absolutely friendly, helpful, and informative. They addressed other issues that the dealership didn’t even mention when I took it in for an inspection and quote on my AC repair. While the dealership said it was contaminated, Complete Car Care Encinitas explained in greater detail what the issues were as well as the steps they were taking to resolve it. Their solid communication, friendly humor, and cute dogs behind the counter create a welcoming atmosphere and I will definitely go back for future repairs.
