CLASSIC CAR OWNERS AND WOMEN BEWARE I am so upset because I genuinely wanted to go back for the work they did on my car. They were kind when I went in. It’s only after I found damage to my paint job and provided proof the same day I picked it up that they completely flipped on me. They chipped the paint on my 450sl Mercedes after I just got it painted. I noticed it right after I picked it up (it was in the shop for two months not a few weeks like I was told). When confronted they said management would not cover the damage. Then when I showed before and after photos (timestamped) as proof a manager agreed to cover the damage. Then he told me to go to Ramon (a painter in the complex). He told me the whole panel needed to be repainted. They told me to go to him again and the manager met me there and Ramon told him the same exact thing. He kept ghosting me over text saying they would get me a cheaper price at another shop until finally I was ghosted again. Once again I reached out and that manager had left the company apparently. Then the owner DID NOT HONOR the agreement after I explained the situation multiple times. Instead they argued with me and sent me photos of a towel and a RANDOM TOOL laying on top of my car (more proof it was not cared for) saying it never happened in their shop because of the towel. In what world does a towel prevent a chip? I responded with before and afters of the car with no chip before I brought it in and a chip immediately after picking it up. I asked for the owner to call me. Ghosted again. I have asked for their help multiple times but they will not take responsibility after leading me on for MONTHS. Oh this is also after I spent about 2k after only coming in for $600 of work. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
