I got very timely and expert treatment at Complete Car Care. They were kind enough to reschedule my appointment to same day I called. My smog check took literally about 15 minutes. Helped me get ahead of my schedule for the day. MANY THANKS! I’ll be back!!

Had a leak and called in they got me in and out in a timely fashion. It turns out the company that performed the oil change didnt tighten the filter properly.

Honest & communication is good. I have always gotten a good idea of what is needed and they do a good bob of letting me know what maintenance to plan for. I replace my own cabin and air filters and it is not a problem.

Go check the other low reviews you'll see why. Came in to get my Daytime running light changed and to see why my automatic transmission light was turning on. They couldn't recreate the light to my engine so my diagnostic fee for that was waived. And when I denied the other "suggested" charges that they wanted for my sway bar and tie rods they went back and redid my quote for the lights and tried to charge me over $300. They told me it was because they needed to replace the entire housing for my lights because they had melted. Apparently. I said no. I never agreed to that. Then they told me I would still be charged $130 labor fee for removing a light. Not only is this hypocritical because they didn't actually change the lights but then told me they couldn't because they had been melted in. I fought them on that diagnostic and told him I was picking up my car with or without a police escort. They texted me and said there's no need for hostility. There is when you're making bullshit charges. I felt the staff was rude because when I asked how the light would be melted into my car they replied " ma'am I'm not an engineer" Apparently you're not a mechanic either. I went to a different shop and they charged me 50 bucks to replace the lights. They were able to remove them just fine and said nothing was melted. I'm also going back for them to do the rest of the work they suggested because I no longer trust this complet car care anymore. You may be stationed in Encinitas but that doesn't mean you need to rip off women just to make your dime. I'm sure you'll have a nice little response at the bottom of my review like you do all your one Stars. But don't worry, you're one stars will catch up with you. Hopefully you'll have an engineer on hand to fix it.
