This was my first garage I’ve been to besides my Ford dealer. When I called Ford Encinitas I was told it’d be 3 weeks before getting my car in. When I spoke to Lou at Complete Car Care, he got me in immediately. My car was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. I really appreciate their service and getting me back on the road so soon. Fantastic, flawless service in a timely manner. I was traveling & had warning lights appear, and needed headlights replaced (Land Rover never allows just one of anything to be replaced). Ian and the staff at the shop were incredibly professional, personable and efficient. I made an appointment for the next day, the work was done quickly and I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer.

I requested that my car be ready by 2:00 and it was finished at noon. Wonderful service and even a ride home right on time.
