Glad that I found this place. They had good reviews so I made the call. Now I'm adding to their good reviews. I usually do my own work, but replacing the water pump in my 97 campervan was more than I wanted to get into. Ian talked straight talk and quoted me a fair price. They got it done quickly and without any drama. I'll use them again when needed.

Brendan was great at communication and transparency through the entire repair process trying to solve the issue with our car seat. Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem or replace the seat. We truly appreciate the honest communication and service. We will continue to be customers at Complete Car Care.

They were thorough with the alignment the 2nd appointment as the first wasn’t successful. Advisors were professional, just giving 4 stars cause the techs were revving my car in the driveway when I arrived to pick it up.

our front desk people, Lou and Ian, just book as many appointments as they can without regard to whether or not your technicians have the expertise to do what the customers request for their vehicles. We looked into the garage and noted that all of them are young and know nothing about older cars, which is what we had. Instead of just saying they would recommend another shop, which all the shops in that complex I'm sure do on a regular basis, they selfishly kept this project for themselves, then admitted later that they did not have the expertise, causing a significant delay in getting our car serviced that cost us an entire day. It's a flawed business plan.
