our front desk people, Lou and Ian, just book as many appointments as they can without regard to whether or not your technicians have the expertise to do what the customers request for their vehicles. We looked into the garage and noted that all of them are young and know nothing about older cars, which is what we had. Instead of just saying they would recommend another shop, which all the shops in that complex I'm sure do on a regular basis, they selfishly kept this project for themselves, then admitted later that they did not have the expertise, causing a significant delay in getting our car serviced that cost us an entire day. It's a flawed business plan.
