Waited 45 minutes in the lobby for a simple smog. Asked what’s taking was taking so long only for them to let me know they forgot to mention their smog check wasn’t working. Unprofessional, unapologetic, and waste of time.

Ian went ABOVE & BEYOND. Not only did he arrange to service my car immediately and ordered the needed part same day, he also gave me regular updates on car status and delivered the completed repairs ahead of schedule. I was particularly impressed with the office cleanliness and the addition of beautiful live indoor plants! I also had a nice Thank You card waiting for me inside the vehicle which was an additional valued touch. I won't hesitate in bringing my vehicle back from now on!
