I’ve been going to this place for a few years now and they have done a good job. However, I had been going in with my boyfriend to get it fixed. This time I went alone and they wanted to charge me over $700 in labor for an o2 sensor replacement. I know when I am trying to get screwed so I called around to other shops and they all were in the $200-$400 range for labor. When I told them about this they suddenly had a $100 discount and a few other ways to bring cost down. I really dislike going into auto shops as a girl because mechanics think they can play you around. Word to the wise women, always bring a man to an auto shop with you or you too will be charged over $700. Won’t be going back here.

My most recent visit was for a starter replacement, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Chad, the tech who replaced the starter, did an outstanding job—everything is running perfectly now. Brandon at the front desk was professional and kept me updated throughout the process, which I truly appreciated. A special shout-out to Lou, the store manager, who went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way. The team's professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellent customer service are unmatched. It's always a pleasure working with them, and I trust them completely with my cars. I took my Jeep in for a brake job, I was told they looked low by Costco when I replaced tires. They did a brake inspection & told me I didn’t need them yet. Great place.

We love this place! The dealership recently quoted me a week to repair my brakes so we went to our local mechanics at Complete Car Care. My car was back and fixed within 24 hours! They do great work, have fair pricing, and are just downright nice guys to work with! 10/10 would recommend this business!
