I was exhausted and covered with grease from work when I walked in. I expected to secure an appointment for later in the week. However, Ian and Ferris were able to fit me into the schedule and efficiently move me through the SMOG check. Their help made my day. Just when the world feels liked it’s stacked against you, along comes a your staff to put things right. First class service. Please put my note into their annual review files. These fellows deserve a raise in 2026. It takes years to build a high quality employee team, so behind Ian and Ferris is dynamic leadership. UNTRUSTED MECHANIC SHOP. AVOID!!! Took my car for diagnostic of a check engine light. The moment I said I am using CAP program to pay they said the earliest availability is in the next few weeks! They brought an excuse by making that a big deal and said the State need to send adjusters and have to go through several processes for CAP program. Well, that was wrong because I went to another shop right away and gave them the approval for the CAP program and they said they will do the diagnosis and repair in a few days only. More interestingly, I went online same day and found out they have availability for both repair and diagnosis this week and I could have actually book an appointment online. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I just read other reviews and found out this type of distrust already exist across their customers already. People should have a trusted dentist and a trusted mechanic, obviously this mechanic shop is NO close to trust. I’m happy that I did not leave my car in this shop, god knows what they would have charged me and what other abuse they would have made on my car… Find another shop, avoid this shop!

I am sorry to say but we take in work based on appointments and availability. I understand your frustration but we have limited work space and staff Unfortunately we could not take you in for that service. There are multiple shops in the area that can help you. It’s unfair to give a review to a local business who has not even serviced your vehicle !!!!’
