I just wanted to say thank you Andy and Lou I live in the neighborhood and I was recently in a bad accident and cannot work of my own vehicle Andy knows I'm a technician not only did they bring my wife in right away with no appointment they gave us a good deal do to my injury little things like this means a hole lot for my family and I they kept our truck safe for the road thank you to all the crew great place to come thanks again.

I came in around 4pm on a Tuesday for a Smog check and even though I didn't have an appointment it only took 25 minutes! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back.

Amazing!!I had a light problem on my tail lights, the brake lights to be specific!! I was very worried and I took it to the VW dealership up the street from them. They wanted $195 just to look at the problem. After thinking about it for a few minutes, I called Andy, at Complete Car Care, told him the issue and he told me they would Check it for and fix it for $95!! I told him that I would be there in 5 min. They fixed the problem in 20 min!! There is a Electrical Guru working with them!! Thank you to him also!!I'm taking my car in for brakes also on the 14th, really happy with them Again!!!Thank you guys.See you soon. Cesar

I have been pleasantly surprised by Complete Car Care. They are very professional with excellent service. Not much waiting at all. I can usually get right in. The prices are less than the dealer so I wish I had started coming here much earlier. I would highly recommend them.

I was having some trouble with starting my old, 1996 Toyota Previa and wanted to bring it in to have them check out the battery terminal connection based on having a good reputation from smogging my mom's car. Complete Car Care lived surpassed expectations for an auto shop!Not only was I able to get an appointment the same day I called, but I ended up having to cancel because I couldn't jump the car. They said no worries and to bring it in whenever and offered their shuttle services home free of charge.I was able to bring in the car today- was able to make an appointment 30 minutes before! There was no wait upon my arrival, I was immediately helped, and they tightened the terminal connection free of charge! These guys saved me a heck of a lot of trouble, were extremely professional, helpful, and attentive. I will definitely bring my car back if I have any troubles in the future.Their shop is conveniently located, they have a comfortable waiting room- not that I needed to use it, and the staff were to the point, efficient, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and it was an all around great experience.Thanks so much guys!!

Thank you Complete Car Care! What a positive experience. They were honest, friendly and very reasonably priced. We actually saved a ton of money on our Honda Odyssey, compared to the local dealer. They made good repair recommendations without the "Upsell" pressure you get at other repair shops. So happy to find a great car repair shop!!
