I had Complete Car Care work on my '95 Jeep Wrangler. They are located in the auto center plaza on El Camino Real. After talking my Jeep to several other mechanics in the area, Andy with CCC gave me the best price for the work that I needed done. It is tough enough to find just a good auto shop and Complete Car Care is a GREAT auto shop.I will always let Andy and his crew work on any of my vehicles with their automotive knowledge, fair and equal price, and friendly service.

Great place to take your car. The staff was super friendly and my car was in and out for a smog check very quickly. I had my wipers replaced, too. Now, let's hope for rain!

My son's car was quoted by the Ford dealership as needing a new $2000 throttle body. Evan determined that the area just needed a thorough cleaning which was part of a 30,000 mile maintenance. They saved us $1700. Thanks to Evan and Lou for doing such a great job.

I was able to call and make an appointment the same day, when I arrived they immediately took my car, and I was out of there in less than 35 minutes. Great job!

My only complaint is when I went there I didn't have an appointment so I thought I might have a bit of a wait. I wasn't told a time frame other than, "sure we can fit you in". Had I been told in the beginning that it would be over an hour, I could've made arrangements to have someone pick me up and then come back later and get my car. I am hoping just make it clear approximately how much time it will take and then I can plan accordingly. I did have appointment the previous time I came in for an oil change and the wait was 50 minutes. I felt that was too long when you do have an appt.

This is the most honest, reliable shop I've ever gone too. They treat everyone like FAMILY. I appreciate the staff very much, and they take amazing care of everyone's vehicles!
